Why Use Our Solution vs. a Clorox Type of Cleaning Solution?
Clorox is a bleach based product. Bleach is toxic, corrosive, narrow spectrum of efficacy, low efficacy, not biodegradable. Using a hazardous product to disinfect hazardous contaminants does not make sense. In some applications (such as mold remediation), Clorox products are a food base for the contaminants we want to kill!
How Effective are the Products?

How Do These Products Work?
These products come in two parts that are combined in equal amounts before application. The mixed solution forms a new compound, an accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide, capable of destroying mold, viruses, and bacteria at an extremely high rate. Unlike solutions that encapsulate biological materials, the surfactants soften and perforate the cell walls of the microorganisms, which allows the hydrogen peroxide to penetrate to the interior for the highest kill rate in the industry, 99.99999%. It also changes the pressure around the cell, which causes an imbalance in the internal cellular pressure, resulting in the total collapse of the cellular membrane. This leaves treated areas and surfaces not only cleaner, but less toxic than when they were brand new and also prevents future outbreaks. The combined solution remains active for 12 hours, then resolves into 100% biodegradable components, leaving no toxins or hazardous waste behind.
How Often Do I Need to Re-Apply? Is There a Lasting Barrier Created?
The CDC states that the most effective method to minimize the risk of spreading the virus is regular cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces. The frequency of application depends on the recontamination rate of the environment. A major strength with using our products is that after application, it creates a lasting Antimicrobial Barrier, which is destructive to and inhibits the growth of future microorganisms. The size of the layer will depend on the product used and the number of times the product is applied. The Restoration 04 product is a “Thicker” density and will leave a thicker Antimicrobial Barrier than the Disinfectant 01 product. This is good for High-Touch and Higher-Friction Touch Point areas such as railings, seating arms, eating and drinking surfaces, and door handles. A suggested use would be to treat with the Restoration 04 product, then perform regular cleaning of the touch-point with the Disinfectant 01 product. Using this process with not compromise the Antimicrobial Barrier, but instead strengthen the layer.
Are NeoSan Lab Products Safe to Use on Food Surfaces?
Yes, the products helps to reduce cross-contamination on treated food contact surfaces. A potable water rinse is required after application on food contact surfaces.

Can I Use your Products in an Electrostatic Spraying Device?
Absolutely, our products can be deployed with Electrostatic Spraying Device (ES) systems. The Electrostatic Spraying systems do not modify the formula. As you already know, our products are fungistatic, therefore they leave a microbial barrier. This barrier should not be visible if the right amount of product is applied.
